The Artist : Emmanuelle Briat
As a vegetal artist, sculptor and land artist , I explore the plant in all its forms, through perennial or ephemeral installations, scenographies and sculptures. I am inspired by his faults (tree with heart torn) and its beauties, sublimates and transforms it.
The observation of nature is the driving force behind my artistic approach. I experiment with movements, shapes, materials and senses.
My goal is the linking of art and environment, man and plant. But it is also about raising awareness of the balance and well-being that nature provides. Hence the importance of preserving and respecting it.
