Antichità Riccardo Moneghini Antiquaires, Experts en Tableaux Anciens et Experts de La Cour Passion et amour pour le mobilier, les tableaux anciens et les objets d'art du XVe au XVIIIe siècle
I think the most exhaustive phrase to explain what I "feel" for antiques is to be found in my own slogan "the same passion for three generations": that is an unconditional love and an almost monastic dedication to art, in its essence purer, understood both as a form of creativity and as an aesthetic expression, capable of emitting great emotions in all of us.
I learned to love art and antiques from an early age when in my spare time I always preferred to "go play" in my grandfather's small restoration workshop, immediately getting used to that air soaked in magic and refinement that only a mobile or a painting can express.
What I try to do in my work is simple: to propose furniture and paintings chosen with care and accuracy always in the name of beauty, quality and taste, never neglecting the state of conservation, always pursuing the rare object, looking for it is also an appropriate location.
My passions are furniture, furnishings and especially paintings ranging from the sixteenth to the eighteenth century with a predilection for the '600 for its expressive and propulsive power able to move hidden, hidden feelings; in this century the concept of art is perfectly expressed: design, organization, instinct, emotionality, strong chromatic impact and chiaroscuro games fused together, able to create an explosive mix and an eternal fire impossible to extinguish.
